In this session, we’ll explore high road leadership. The concept challenges us to move beyond fairness (the middle road) and step into intentionality, where we consistently uplift, value, and prioritize others above self-interest. This form of leadership isn’t just about managing tasks or meeting goals—it’s about influencing others in a way that fosters unity, accountability, and shared purpose.
We will explore:
1. Why leadership can create conflict: Leadership sets the tone for interaction. When handled poorly (low or middle road), it breeds division and frustration.
2. What defines high-road leadership: Valuing people, acting with integrity, and leading with purpose.
3. How high-road leadership increases influence: By consistently choosing to lead well, you build trust and create lasting impact.
